TNTFI Enrollment Process for Providers (Personal Support Workers)
Effective July 1, 2014, TNT Fiscal Intermediary Services (TNTFI) is providing centralized payment services for individuals receiving specific developmental disability services, particularly in-home services through the Oregon Office of Developmental Disability Services, and their personal support workers (PSWs).
TNT will process payroll and Independent Contractor (IC) payments (Vendors) for all PSW-Domestic Employees and PSW-Independent Contractors who submit timesheets and payment requests to their local CDDP or Brokerage. Therefore, in order to be paid under any of the ORDHS DD programs, it is necessary for PSW-Domestic Employees and PSW-Independent Contractors (Vendors) to enroll with TNTFI. The enrollment forms are available for download below.
Please click on and download the appropriate set of Enrollment Forms below. Fill out the forms completely and return them to your CDDP or brokerage. The CDDP or brokerage will record the necessary information from the forms and then forward them to TNTFI for processing.
In addition to physical checks, we offer Direct Deposit to your checking/savings account. To set up Direct Deposit, please click on and download the appropriate Direct Deposit from below (Employee or Vendor), fill out completely, attach a voided check or letter from your bank and fax or mail to us. As an optional convenience, TNT also offers a pay card through Comdata Services. It works much like a debit card. For more information about the Comdata card, please contact our office. We will forward you a package of sign-up materials for Comdata. Similar to a debit card, there are terms and conditions governing the use of the card and the fees associated with the card.

IMPORTANT: WE CANNOT PROCESS A TIMESHEET OR PAYMENT REQUEST AND PAY YOU UNTIL WE HAVE THE NECESSARY ENROLLMENT FORMS.
1 The only exceptions are individuals and individual’s PSWs in Linn, Lincoln and Benton Counties. TNT will provide FI services to those counties 10-1-14.
